Every month, a 15-person SME in French-speaking Switzerland wastes upwards of CHF 12’000.- on tasks an AI agent completes in seconds. Data entry, follow-ups, sorting, reporting, copying and pasting between systems. We identify those sinkholes and automate them.
Artificial intelligence is no longer a luxury reserved for multinationals. In 2026, every month without automation is a growing opportunity cost that your competitors have already stopped paying.
In a 15-person SME, 3 to 5 employees spend an average of 2 hours a day moving data between systems: CRM to invoice, email to spreadsheet, spreadsheet to report. At CHF 75.-/hour fully loaded, that is CHF 4’500.- a month. Not creating value, just moving information from one place to another. An automated workflow does it in 0.3 seconds.
A prospect asks for a complex quote. Your salesperson pulls data from 3 different systems, checks a price list and writes the document. 48 hours. Your competitor using an AI agent generates the same quote, personalised and error-free, in 2 minutes. Every day without automation is a day you lose deals.
You have 5 years of support tickets, 10,000 client emails, hundreds of internal documents. Today that knowledge sits in the heads of 2 or 3 people. When they go on holiday or leave the company, the knowledge goes with them. A RAG system makes that intelligence available to the whole team, instantly, around the clock.
The AI market in 2026 is full of hollow promises. “AI solutions” that are rebranded CHF 50.-/month chatbots. “Autonomous agents” that fall over on the first edge case. Impressive demos that collapse on your real data.
We do not do demos. We run pilots on your real data, with measurable KPIs defined before day one. If it does not work in real conditions, we do not bill.
While the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore accelerate their adoption of AI, most Swiss SMEs still have no formalised strategy. Yet the companies that have already brought in automation (finance in Geneva, industry in Valais, tech in Lausanne) are capturing a substantial competitive advantage. The Swiss data protection act imposes data location constraints, the EU AI Act applies to Swiss companies serving the EU, and the multilingual market here calls for multilingual AI solutions.
Every month of waiting widens the gap between those who automate and those who hesitate. The first group recovers time, reduces errors and frees their teams for high-value work. The second keeps paying the price of manual processes in a world that is speeding up.

Most AI agencies start by showing you a chatbot. We start by mapping your business processes to identify the 3 to 5 automations that will have the greatest effect on your profitability.
Which processes cost you the most in human time?
Sets which automations come first and the projected ROI for each of them.
What data do you already have, and in which systems?
Sets the integrations needed, the technical feasibility and the level of effort.
What is your current level of digital maturity?
Calibrates how complex the solution needs to be: no-code (Make/n8n) → API → bespoke AI.

These ranges cover the audit of your processes, development, integrations, training and 30 days of support. AI API costs (OpenAI, Claude and others) are separate and generally under CHF 100.-/month for an SME.
Automation of 3 to 5 business workflows (emails, CRM, invoicing), Make/n8n integration, basic FAQ chatbot, team training. Ideal for SMEs looking for measurable quick wins within weeks.
Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks
Advanced conversational AI agent, RAG knowledge base on your internal data, AI marketing automation (lead scoring, segmentation, personalisation), process mining, multi-system integrations (ERP, CRM, email), KPI tracking dashboard.
Typical timeline: 6–10 weeks
Fine-tuning models on your data, predictive analysis (churn, sales, behaviour), computer vision, autonomous multi-step AI agents, AI governance & EU AI Act compliance, complex ERP/CRM integrations.
Typical timeline: 12–20 weeks
An analysis of your existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and the tasks where automation pays. Projected ROI calculated for each process. Deliverable: a roadmap prioritised by impact and effort, with precise costings.
Solution architecture, choice of tools (Make, n8n, OpenAI/Claude API, open source models), rapid prototyping of the priority automation. Validated with your teams on real data before scaling. No PowerPoint. A working prototype.
Development of the complete solution, integration with your existing systems (CRM, ERP, email, Slack, Teams), testing on real data, monitoring and alerts put in place. Swiss data protection act and EU AI Act compliance built in from the design stage.
Tracking of automation KPIs (time saved, errors avoided, customer satisfaction), optimisation of prompts and workflows, ongoing training for your teams. A quarterly review to identify new automation opportunities.
We spent 4 hours a day entering bookkeeping records and chasing invoices. Smart Impact put AI agents in place that extract the data from invoices, enter it into our software and send the chasers automatically. Within 6 weeks we recovered the equivalent of a full-time role.
Our customer service handled 120 tickets a day, 80% of them repetitive questions. The Smart Impact AI agent now answers 85% of enquiries in under 30 seconds, in French, English and German. Our teams can finally concentrate on the complex cases.
Every project we deliver meets Swiss and European data security requirements from day one. No compromises, no extra option to buy.
We use secure APIs, and your data is not used to train third-party models. Swiss hosting is available for sensitive data. Every solution is designed to comply with the Swiss data protection act and the EU AI Act from day one.
We do not deploy AI for its own sake. If a CHF 500.- Python script does the job, we do not sell you a CHF 15’000.- model. Every recommendation is backed by a transparent profitability calculation.
Your teams are trained to run and develop the automations. Full documentation, complete access to the code and the configurations, no proprietary lock-in. If you want to change supplier tomorrow, everything belongs to you.

Our automation projects start at CHF 2’000.- for simple workflows (email, CRM, invoicing) and go up to CHF 25’000.-+ for bespoke AI solutions (fine-tuning, predictive analysis, autonomous agents). The deciding factor is not the technology. It is the complexity of your processes and the quality of your data. We calculate the projected ROI before signing anything: if the investment does not pay back in under 6 months, we tell you.
No. AI replaces tasks, not people. In 100% of our projects, employees whose tasks were automated were redirected to higher-value work: client relationships, strategy, business development. The typical result: the same team, 40% more capacity. AI is a force multiplier, not a redundancy plan.
Yes. We comply with the Swiss federal data protection act and the EU AI Act for Swiss companies serving the EU. In practice: your data travels through secure APIs (TLS 1.3 encryption), is never used to train third-party models, and can be hosted exclusively in Switzerland if your sector requires it (healthcare, finance, legal). Every project includes a data protection impact assessment.
The first automated workflows are running within 2 to 4 weeks. For more complex projects (AI agents, RAG, predictive analysis), a first working prototype is delivered in 4 to 6 weeks, with a production version in 8 to 12 weeks. The average payback on our projects is under 3 weeks after going into production.
No. Our solutions are designed to be run by non-technical teams. The no-code automations (Make, n8n) have visual interfaces. The AI agents and chatbots are managed through simple dashboards. We train your teams (3 to 6 hours depending on complexity) and provide full documentation. If you have a technical team, we give them full access to the code and the APIs.
A chatbot answers predefined questions within a fixed scope. It is an interactive FAQ. An autonomous AI agent understands context, reasons, queries your systems (CRM, database, email) and carries out multi-step actions: generating a quote, scheduling an appointment, escalating a complex case to a human. The agent makes decisions; the chatbot follows rules. We deploy one or the other depending on the complexity of your use case. A chatbot is often enough for FAQ support, but an agent is needed for business processes.
Yes. Current language models (GPT-4, Claude, Mistral) handle French, German, English and Italian at a near-native level. For the multilingual market of French-speaking Switzerland (from Geneva to Fribourg by way of the bilingual cantons), we configure our solutions as multilingual as a matter of course. The AI agents automatically detect the client's language and reply in the same language, including Swiss German dialects on the most advanced models.
The Swiss data protection act (in force since September 2023) requires transparency on the processing of personal data and a right to erasure. The EU AI Act (applying progressively from 2025) classifies AI systems by risk level and imposes documentation and audit obligations for high-risk systems. For Swiss companies: if you serve clients in the EU, the AI Act applies. We build compliance in from the design stage: consent, documentation, audit trail and impact assessment. Not as a patch afterwards.
Automate your processes, optimise your site, build your visibility. All connected, under one roof.
Tell us about your organisation and the processes that cost you most. We will look at your situation and come back within 48 hours with a reasoned view: what can be automated, what cannot, and on what conditions.
